- If you are using remover pads, tear off the remover pad and insert your finger, making sure the cotton pad is on top of the nail. Otherwise, wrap a cotton pad soaked in acetone around your nail. The acetone from the cotton pad will penetrate the gel.
- Wrap the pack around your finger, removing the sticker and sealing the pack to ensure an airtight fit. To keep air out, use removal clips on the removal pads. Wait 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, remove the clips and pads. The gel polish will now have a shattered effect. You can use a cuticle stick to gently slide off the remaining polish.
- Use cleanser to wipe off the remaining polish.
