Preparing your feet for the holidays
When you realize you’ve neglected your feet this winter and they really aren’t ready for a day in sandals. It’s time to give your feet a good cleaning by following these very simple steps.
Step 1: Wash and dry your feet thoroughly
It may seem obvious, but it’s important to make sure your feet are well washed before applying cream. Remember to always dry them well.
Step 2: Take care of your nails
Trimming your nails is a staple. When you cut your nails, be sure to use disposable pedicure kit. Then, carefully file your nails.
Step 3: Remove calluses
In order to soften your feet, we should be careful to remove the calluses from your feet.
Step 4: Bathe your feet
Now’s the time to soak your foot in warm water. For 10 or 15 minutes to relax them and prepare your skin to receive the moisturizer afterwards.
Step 5: Take care of your cuticles
After soaking your feet, gently push back your cuticles using a cuticle pusher. It protects your nails from fungus and bacteria infections.
Step 6: Regular care
Your skin is prone to dryness especially during the summer. By using the foot cream daily, you can keep your feet soft and beautiful.
